My Little Victories is developed and published by The Cat in the Coat Studio.

This Privacy Policy explains how the My Little Victories application handles user information.

1. Information We Collect

My Little Victories does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on external servers.

The application does not require users to create an account or provide their name, email address, phone number, or other identifying information.

The application does not use advertising services or third-party analytics tools.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Content created in My Little Victories, including victory titles, descriptions, dates, selected symbols, rarity settings, and other related information, is stored locally on the user’s device.

This information is not automatically transmitted to The Cat in the Coat Studio or to third parties.

The developer cannot access, view, restore, or recover content stored locally on the user’s device.

3. Backups and Exports

My Little Victories may allow users to create backup files, export content, or share generated materials.

These actions are initiated by the user.

The user is responsible for selecting where exported files or backups are stored and with whom they are shared. Files may be handled by the operating system or by third-party applications selected by the user.

The Cat in the Coat Studio does not automatically receive copies of exported or backed-up information.

4. Permissions

My Little Victories may request access to certain device features only when required for a function initiated by the user, such as saving, importing, exporting, or sharing files, or enabling optional reminder notifications.

Notification permission is requested only if the user chooses to enable reminders. Reminder schedules are stored locally on the device and are never transmitted to external servers.

The application does not use permissions to collect personal information for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any other tracking purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

My Little Victories does not integrate advertising networks, analytics platforms, social networks, or cloud account services.

When a user chooses to share or open exported content through another application, the privacy policy of that third-party application may apply.

6. Children’s Privacy

My Little Victories does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Because all user-created content is stored locally, The Cat in the Coat Studio does not have access to this content.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

User-created information remains on the device until the user deletes individual records, clears the application’s data, or uninstalls the application.

Because The Cat in the Coat Studio does not receive or store this information, the developer cannot delete or recover it remotely.

8. Security

My Little Victories is designed to keep user-created content on the device.

Users are responsible for protecting access to their device and for securely storing any backup or export files they create.

No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the application’s features or data-handling practices change.

Any changes will be published on this page together with an updated effective date.
